Key Ingredients

Vit B12:  Vitamin B12 Benefits For Your Skin And Hair. Vitamin B12 is one of the most important constituents that our skin needs to look its best. A healthy dose of vitamin B12 makes the skin look more radiant. Vitamin B12 deficiency may lead to several skin problems including eczema, hyper-pigmentation, and dry skin.

Ribose:  Riboxyl or Ribose is a pentose sugar that occurs naturally in all living cells. The source used by OSKIA is obtained from corn by biotechnology. It is the only known cosmetic ingredient used by the skin cells to control energy restoration. Its action on cell metabolism restores energy to the skin for global anti-aging action and gives new energy to tired skin.

Hyaluronic Acid:  Hyaluronic acid’s moisture-binding characteristic is exceptionally important when it comes to skin aging. When we’re young, our skin can hold onto water and retain a balanced amount of moisture, but it loses this ability as we age. The result is a visible loss of firmness, pliability, and a diminished appearance of plumpness and suppleness (hello, wrinkles). Simply put, hyaluronic acid has powerful anti-aging properties.

Unprotected sun exposure and environmental assault weaken the skin’s surface and cause premature aging. Hopefully, you already know that daily use of broad-spectrum sunscreen and avoiding harsh skincare ingredients is a must for combating these things, but you might not know that hyaluronic acid’s antioxidant and skin-replenishing properties go a long way toward mitigating those issues, too (especially when used as part of a complete anti-aging skincare routine that also includes other research-backed ingredients). Now that’s what we call a multitasking anti-aging ingredient!

DMSO:

  • Rheumatoid and other forms of arthritis.
  • Burns.
  • Topical analgesic. Apply to the skin for rapid pain relief.
  • Inflammation. DMSO is an antioxidant, free radical scavenger, and reduces inflammation.
  • Auto-immune ailments. Relief of many such ailments.

It can carry other compounds into a biological system. This ability to penetrate the skin or membranes enables it to rapidly and conveniently carry a wide variety of substances into the body, particularly the blood vessels and bloodstream. Vitamins, supplements, pharmaceuticals can all be taken in this way. Harmful substances can also be carried into the blood, so if your skin is dirty or is covered with skin cream, sun cream, cosmetics, oil, etc, and you rub DMSO on top of it, you can feel very ill as these products quickly enter your body.

Dextrose:

Is an inflammatory agent that via inflammations initiates the repair process by activating growth factors.

MSM:

  • Works with Vitamin C to help cells absorb nutrients from food.
  • Helps you grow new skin cells and reduce scarring.
  • Reduces the effect of free radicals and aging.
  • Aids hormone production, enzyme activity and tissue repair.

Glucosamine:

  • Prevents liver spots and freckles.
  • Reduces wrinkles and fine lines.
  • Improves moisturization of the skin.

Vit C:

Vitamin C can also help fend off the signs of aging because of its vital role in the body’s natural collagen synthesis. It helps to heal damaged skin and, in some cases, reduces the appearance of wrinkles. Adequate vitamin C intake can also help repair and prevent dry skin.

Bakuchiol:

This 2014 study in the International Journal of Cosmetic Science found that bakuchiol has the same collagen-regulating and gene-modifying properties as retinol. The researchers also had participants apply a 0.5 percent concentration twice daily for 12 weeks. The results showed a “significant improvement” in fine lines and wrinkles, elasticity, firmness and sun damage.  Another study, published in the British Journal of Dermatology in 2019, also tested 0.5 percent, twice a day for 12 weeks. It was proven to “significantly decrease” wrinkle surface area.
